Our mission is to develop economicallyviable
and easily scalable solutions to drastically
reduce carbon emissions within the decade.
Enter green hydrogen.
Our goal is to become the world’s leading manufacturer of water electrolysis systems for the production of hydrogen using renewable energy
(i.e., green hydrogen).
Hydrogen is produced predominantly through Steam Methane Reforming and Coal Gasification and emits as much CO2 per year as the total CO2 emissions of the UK and Indonesia combined.
Green Hydrogen will be produced by splitting water using renewable electricity and water Electrolysis systems.
We are developing an innovative PEM Electrolysis system built around a proprietary proton exchange membrane with the following characteristics
Improved proton
conductivity
Excellent mechanical
and chemical stability
No need for chemical activation
of ion-exchange groups
Low gas cross-over
Compatible with a proprietary binder
for integration with catalysts layers
1s1 Energy is the child of a group of very
experienced entrepreneurs and academics
that have worked together on several projects
throughout the last decade.
In 2019 they decided to join forces in applying innovation in chemistry and material science to a business focused on improving the efficiency and reducing the costs of producing and storing renewable energy. Ultimately leading to a carbon free economy.
